Everyday, when I feel my brain trying to make unfounded and ungrounded predictions about the day before me, I remind myself that I’m unqualified to know how the day will unfold and that my thoughts are just suggestions that I can influence with intentionality if I can get focused enough and stay out of my survival brain.
